      If you want a mitsubish or asians singles I got you covered. I'm trying to see if I can find a minimal solution, for example if just the the ad at the bottom of the page would cover the costs. I'll need to run it a few days to get some stats. I can also just turn them off if we hit a monthly goal or something.

      I'm glad you are trying this. No one really likes ad's but if this can be self-supporting with just one ad area then thats a great solution to keeping this going.

       

      Not sure my wife will support the Asian singles part tho.

      That explains the "dead space" that was at the bottom of the pages under the navigation and above the "themes" this morning - setting up the real estate for the ads.

       

      Maybe you should see if some Canadian political ads can be directed here.  Then we can watch the left wing members claim we're all going fascist, while the right wing members will claim that political indoctrination and de-programming is happening.  :hurhur:

      100% this is all Francesco. Management hasn't even been around long enough to generate any real criticism. The team has actually improved under them. So they can't be upset. It's the cry baby owner.

      I don't want to come across as a conspiracy theorist. I have no evidence for this. But the Canucks' head of PR (Craig Macewen) is also the guy who used SN650 as a platform to get hired by the Canucks by turning the station into basically another branch of the Canucks' PR department: https://media.canucks.com/media-services/communications-staff

      The guy for years has attempted to control what is said about the Canucks. If that's part of his mandate, shutting down CDC makes a ton of sense.
