      That's part of the problem (limited options). Had Telus but not fibre optic...switched because they screwed me around on an issue that was an issue fix that they blamed on my computer (which I got rid of because of their incorrect diagnosis). 

       

      Seems like the lack of competition is driving this bus - they don't have to care. I have not heard of Starlink but thank you - I will definitely check them out!

      Billing issues (calling on Dad's behalf). Two hours and 11 minutes later I finally got an agent on the phone. He was useless. May as well have stayed on hold.

      I think it's strategic...they don't want to address issues and are hoping this forces people to hang up.

    john's widow gave a great eulogy. i couldn't do that at my wife's funeral. she held it together quite well.

      I love that it was long and she got to express everything. She was so brave. How difficult for her to navigate this - will have 3 children under the age of 3 and there will be moments when it's difficult. I'm just glad they do have what seems to be a great support system, it'll be needed after the initial shock wears off. Right now I imagine they're all still numb.

    I often put hot sauce on as well, making it an even more attractive solution. But really, the butter alone is enough of a factor.

    Had a greenhouse at work so grew stuff from seeds: tomatoes, basil, parsley, etc.

    Making homemade pasta sauce right now out of those ingredients (and some). Smells delicious.

      Fresh garlic (tried to grow some, didn't work), Italiano seasoning, a spash of red wine vinegar.

      So yummy (just tasted it).

    Silovs needs a lot of work to be an NHL back up, a lot of long shot goals he allowed in playoffs, seems to have trouble tracking the puck, Patera is a cup champion calibre goalie, I trust him more than Demko and Silovs, should trade Demko for pieces and try to win the cup this year

    my doctor just phoned. my potassium level is dangerously high. she's taking me off meds for my heart. i can't eat leafy greens, beets, potatoes  or fruit that grows on trees.

    i've grown potatoes, lettuce and beats. anyone short on potassium?

      It's rough, Joe. My Dad has diverticulitis and acid reflux and his diet is SO limited now as a result. Please take care. ❤️

      He's amazing! I just hope whatever was bothering him (cramping?) isn't something more serious. He's really clutch and some of those catches in double coverage are incredible.

      I agree that MAGA will milk this. Not only that....DT's "hero" status will be through the roof for them. His blood stained face will be there next logo and FIGHT will be there mantra. Already is but...reinforces that message.

      His tough guy bravado really resonates with them.

      Haven't read the responses yet but here's how I feel. DT really incites violence with his gestures and statements; HOWEVER, it shouldn't be the way. The goal should be to reduce the threat of violence even IF he tends to use that (in a roundabout way) as his message. 

      "FIGHT"?

       

      He's a volatile human being but does not deserve to be killed. 

       

      To be taken out of power through votes? Yes. Because he's dangerous and a ticking time bomb that's waiting to go off. It's time to simmer his crowd down by letting him fade off into the sunset. Which won't happen because he loves the spotlight and to be out there. It's up to the masses to react to him with something more civilized than what he generates.

       

      Sad that there are nutjobs out there with guns. Hmm.
