      SO HOT! 

      I had to go get my Dad set up....he doesn't have a/c (neither do I). I bought some of those windshield covers and stuck them in his window to block the sun. He's moved to his basement bedroom so at least it's cooler down there. Quite worrying though...elderly people have a rough time.

      MJF went to school with a friend of mine....such a class act and I'm really pulling for him. Tracy too, they set the bar for Hollywood couples and how to do it as far as I'm concerned.

    I've been home sick since my team got knocked out. I just can't.

      I went in one day and just...couldn't.

      I'm off today (and yesterday). Working from home. Still grieving but ... next season'll be here soon. Won't it? I literally am hitting a wall/sick but I think my mental state of mind after being so high then so low has a big part of that. Bleh.

    Heading to Vancouver tomorrow from Edmonton to see Pearl Jam for the 1st time!!!!

      I've seen them 3 times and they've blown my socks off each time. My son was there last night and sent me the set list....they did MLB's Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns. Amazing.

      I've wondered that myself, Joe. 

      Whether him focusing on defense so much has him overthinking everything in an unnatural way for him. That he's the type of player you mostly just let play on instinct.

    First time back in Vancouver since 2003. Is it just me or is this city just simply amazing? The air itself here is so much more fresh. What are the pros and cons of day to day life here?
