    Not really a fan of these chrome domes. It's a hockey helmet, not a fashion accessory. Hate Vegas' so this is at least one step up. I just don't really care for them. Don't fix it if it ain't broke.

    Not only that....the WAY in which he plays the game. His silky smooth agility is outstanding. He is so calm with the puck yet pulls moves to blow around guys like they're standing still. Keeps the puck on his stick like it's glued there. He's taking on a bit of JT demeanour and is all business. Even after he scores, there's no celebration or smiles....it's very much a "we haven't finished the game yet" mindset. He's amazing.

    Even when he's "absolutely" brutal to those who watch for his mistakes....he also contributes. He was laying hits, he won more faceoffs than he lost and so yeah, he was a little off but still does things to help the team. He plays some hard minutes out there. Fights (remember him checking his hand after a recent fight). I think we can cut him a little slack.

    I was lying down....had a super busy/early day so wanted to really "watch" the game and relax. Car pooling people to work during the bus strike so up and at 'em at the crack of dawn. Woooo! We are winners. Going to watch Joey now.

    I avoid Super Store....it's a zoo at that end of 3 Road. My son worked there long ago...used to get me a discount. It's worth it, but the traffic getting in/out here definitely is not.

    It's better that Freshco. That place is a dump and used to at least be cheap but no more. Save On's much better...and they have their $1.49 day (Tuesday) specials.
