    Yes. And I kind of just winged it and went with what I had in the house. Onions, garlic, s/p sauteed in olive oil, then a little butter...red wine, broth, a splash of worcestershire and HP sauce (made it so good). I didn't have French bread so I used croutons. Had a bunch of cheese leftover from Christmas so it was mozz, aged white cheddar and a bit of parmesan.
