I don't believe in putting all the eggs in one basket/on one player to help save the day. But I DO believe that having a Zadorov in the line up will make a difference...at least I hope so. Petey and Quinn are being targeted a lot so this may help deter some of that at least. Although I also thought that with Tryamkin and Myers and we know that wasn't really the case. -
Oh Juice, don't ever change. I loved the ugly sweater deal...the team had so much fun with it.

Need a win tonight...mostly to settle the masses. Love game days so much.....this team gives us as much reason to be optimistic as they do half empty cups. Let's go Canucks! Blow Za-dor-ov this game and crush the Flames.

OK, going to watch my team....you guys are downers. Vegas doesn't look so scary...I'd say they've had a bit better bounces but overall they're not what everyone builds them up to be.

I SO want this game to go well. We have many doubters who will use a loss to smear the team. Let's quieten the masses or at least turn the noise into huge cheers for our boys. Their golden helmets say all I need to know about them. I have a feeling JT's going to be a HUGE factor in this game. Hope Petey gets another goal too, maybe two. Let's go Canucks....our barn. Send them back to where they came from with a loss.

For those of you trying to change your mind about Torts.....he also rescues dogs. At the rink he may be fired up and cranky but away from it he seems to be a really good hearted person.

Kids + cancer just makes me reevaluate everything I complain about in life. It's just the wrongest wrong there could be. But man, kids can teach us a lesson or two about bravery and resilience. Best of luck to Owen...what a great thing to do. I love Torts....seeing how he responded to this. He's a good guy.

That's the part for me. Talk about feeling "on display". It's one thing to hit the ice for pregame skates and have people lined up on the glass. It's another to have to parade by mostly guys (business execs) having a beer in the basement as you head out onto the ice. Just weird to me. Off limits.

Probably just my seething jealousy seeping through but.....I hate this. I find it SO creepy, intrusive and dingy. Peeking in through the basement window in creeper stuff. (LOL I'd sit there.....*knocking* "HI JT IT'S ME DEB")
