    I wish him well. After his injury and time off, this is likely best for him. Not sure how things went down here but if there's any animosity at all, he gets to wipe the slate clean and focus solely on moving forward. I liked how he played...a bit of tenacity and hustle. I think we'll miss him.

    So weird...I had a dream I was at a game last night chanting "Manny, Manny". Out of the blue.

    Won 77 of 159 (48.4%) with us which is about what he averages from what I've read.

    So glad we have this home to all come together for games .... I would've really been lost if Stealth hadn't taken this on and set it all up for us.

    I'm a ball of nervous anticipation mixed with a fury of excitement and glee. HOCKEY I'VE MISSED YOU!!! I don't read too much into pre season games...a good chance to take a look at some players. Let's see what we've got here. But holy hell it's almost puck drop.....580 minutes and counting!!!!

    I really love Bieksa's insight and the fact that he's remained on board with this team. He knows what's up. This part "how the game is played and structure, like, it's more like skill development". I am hopeful and optimistic....I'm also ready for the masses to scream at the team at the first hint of any kind of struggle. We're on edge here...we want this team to do well. They have so many tools in place to help them, it's a matter of them coming together as a team and not letting up. I think they've learned enough about how hard it is to dig out of a hole that they'll be more vigilant about not letting things get away from them.

    I don't think it fell flat...me and my friends were into it. I think it depends on where you sit....lower bowl isn't into anything.
