Exactly... Lets just take it one game at the time... This team has surprised positively throughout the year, and there are no other team, that has improved as much as Canucks... This down to management and Coaching staff together with an inspired Miller. All the other teams have had problems too... Although Nashville coming in red hot is going to be impressive... They will be feeling invincible just now... But lets see, what we are made of... Will be interesting to see how Petey, Hughes and Garland will fare, when the whistles gets put away and they are skating around with huge targets on their backs (Demko too)... If they can survive this, I feel the team is heavy enough to hammer any opposition into the next century in any 7 game series... As long as they don't get done in 4 or 5 they'll be fine (and Hughes, Petey, Gar and Demko can stay healthy...).

This is true... Lets see where we are really at come play offs time... No doubt it will be tough, but let the chips fall as they may... regardless of outcome, I'm a bit more optimistic, but agree any kind of progression will be a great achievement... However the most important part is to get some play off games under the skin for these players so management can properly assess, where the team is at... Think 30-40% is a bit high but some players will depart...

Exactly... don't want any of this, they won, but..... Bring em all on and lets see, what this team is really made off. It will also tell management a lot about, where we really are... Can't wait...

We have to play somebody? Kings have had our number, Preds are red hot, Knights are stacked.... At this moment I say take, whoever we get, show them respect and bury them....

Think the main difference is the age of the core players... the 2024 team still have a lot of growing up to do, bar for Miller... I do think the 2011 team was more battle hardened (because they were older)... They won the Presidents cup with most goals scored, least conceded and on paper should have demolished the Bruins.... But as Ibatch said they didn't win, so hopefully the 2024 team can go one better... They are definitely likely to get more opportunities...

3 games ago, I asked for them to win and get their mojo back.... They've done just that... Hope they win again tonight, as want the playoffs nailed 100% down asap... Funny, the 'A team like that', used to bother me... now its irrelevant... That's how much this team has improved... Bring it on...

Its just brilliant to listen to Tocchets pressers... He is so informative and well spoken... and yes surely the front runner for the Jack Adams. How this team has been turned around is nothing else than sensational. Just like Allvin will be a stick on for GM of the year. Think the best thing about the club now, is how streamlined it all seems to be. All the way from the president to the coaches in Abby.. They don't shy away from taking the hard decisions, as they knows, what they want, and it doesn't matter, who or what you are...

This is so true... Just bring it on. Hate folks pointing towards teams and suggesting they will be easier to beat... They did the same about us leading up to the bubble play offs... and when we got done by LA Kings in the 1st round, despite winning the presidents trophy, and last year they said the same before Boston got eliminated...There is a reason those teams reach the play offs.... Just take whom ever we get paired with, show them the respect they deserve, and then take them apart....

I have zero expectations... Just damn happy that we are a sure fire play offs team again... And even happier, that the majority of our core are only in their mid twenties... Lots of mileages still in them... Just go and play your best, and then lets the chips fall as they may... This is the first real go at it for the vast majority of them, but they have show, they are capable to go toe to toe with anyone. Lets win it all
