Forgot to respond to that second part amigo... I wonder, how Stillman/ Burroughs pairing or other pairing that hasn't worked out over the years wild have done, with the staff we have now for the Dmen? Myers and Juulsen seems to have benefitted immensely from working with them?

Think lot of applauds should go towards Tocchet, who seems to have turned him into a proper on ice captain. Constantly dictating and directing plays on the ice... it is really good to see...

Couldn't tell you. Not in general paying too much attention to stats until they gets highlighted. But it takes some doing to not lose a single game leading after 2...

I'm glad they did, but I think we have seen our fair share dodgy tefereeing over the years, to have our doubt about the refereeing I was surprised they didn't call a penalty, but obviously delighted as it would have put them on a 5v3.... it could have been costly.

Yeah it would be about right. I think Petey moving into his prime, there is nothing to suggest he won't impove his yearly output in the coming years. Miller is a magic case. As much as folks hate Benning and his dealings, he has to be hailed for aquiring him. During the games he is constantly coaching and leading from the front. A proper leader on the ice. I have nothing but amazed how much he has taken on the leadership role. If he continues to put up points like he has, he is likely to go past Linden and Nazzy. If they find a way to keep the lotto line together, I wouldn't be surprised to see both Peteys and Millers production improve even more. Its good times to be a Canucks fan.

Yes that's a fair call amigo. The lotto line has been gold before and with Boeser and Petey a season or 2 older, (and Boeser finding his game again) they can only become even better, so yes could we find a 2C it would be good. The price though would be interesting... both to obtain the player as well as future cap issues. But like you say J, management have been immense so far, so I'm sure they'll leave no stone unturned to improve the team one way or another...

Agree on all accounts. We have definitely had our fair share of unfortunate refereeing decision. If anything it should have been 2 min each, but glad the refs had enough balls to let it go.

Well they did score 6... won in a barn that they haven't won in like forever. 4th in the league top scoring team in the league (or close), and yet lets be unhappy... PS. the garland line scored again... they have scored lots of goals for us the last 6-7 games+... does it really matter, who scores the goals?

Lets get the negatives out of the way first... Demkos wall had cracks in it last night, and Jersey should not have gotten back into the game at all, + a lucky non call at the end for Millers tripping, but... This was a great game of hockey. The first 40 min probably close to the best hockey we've played all season. Only surprise was the 0-0 score line... if they had netted 8 or 9 it wouldn't have been misleading... massive amount of grade A chances... Lotto line absolutely smashed it. Zadorov scratched in favour of Juulsen is a massive thumbs up to to Juulsen, who just continues to get better all the time. Great to see QH not really needed on the PK because of Juulsen, Soucy, Cole and Myers taking the heavy lifting. and doing it well... Most important of all... I could care less, if Devils were on a b2b and Hughes were missing... or the sun were in their eyes, the ice was tilted or whatever.. The Hoodoo is broken... Now lets hammer Rangers as well...
