    I’d be down with that. My point was not to subtract Hronek and add Tanev. We should be thinking about Hronek and Willander on the right side. Instead people are trying to subtract to add and I don’t think that bodes well for long term success

    Yes but I’m also not going to assume it takes 8 million to keep him around because of a report. Agree we don’t want an overpaid guy, luckily his offence dried up at the end putting us in a better position to get the right deal done

    I’m strongly against trading Hronek. I find it ridiculous that a good majority of fans want to trade him. It’s like we’ve forgotten what it’s like to not have a solid RH defencemen. Add old timers isn’t the solution imo. I understand the rumours of contract and him not liking the media and all that but I hope it works out

    Great player but for me I think more than 6.5 AAV will be too much. Love what he brings but his offence is too inconsistent to pay him more than that. I hope the can strike a deal but I’m ok with walking away if it becomes too expensive
