Igor Larionov.
I was crushed when he left. But I respected his reasons. (To give a middle finger to the Russian Hockey Federation)
But to return to the NHL with San Jose, then win cups in Detroit. Oh, that hurts. But I still loved him as a player.
bure was the most exciting player, but my favourite russian canuck was also igor larinov. because he was the consimate team player. that is important to me.

a fellow cree, i hope he comes back. he is a good 3rd pair player, who can play up the line-up if needed. i think that the future of the canuck's defense looks promising. we couldn't say that in past years.

imo, canucks not only have to become cap compliant but also they need a hard to play against ala burrows to ride shot gun for petey and kuz. this on the way to being hard to play against.
my thought it should be beauvillier that moves and myers

Canucks fan since my past lives. Fought on the Plains of Abraham in a Canucks jersey. Also traded fur pelts along the St. Lawrence in a coon skin Canucks hat.
you must have known my ancestors then? fur traders/trappers and interpeters.

i'll try and get my son to help me. somethings are like greek to me.

this management group has almost changed bennings mistakes hughes and myers are still left. i haven't seen him play yet but i prefer cole on the 3rd pair instead of myers. as a 3rd pair 1 mil dollar player, myers would have been okay.
i look forward to our defense being; hughes and willander; kudryavtsev and brustewicz; pettersson and johansson. and hronek.

Build your own starting lineup with a twist: you need to have 5 current Canucks and the 6th spot goes to a CDCer of your choice!
