i wonder if nashville would go for garland, a mil retained for jack matier and a second?
-
i haven't been impressed yet with, beauvillier, garland or juulsen.
when the blueg gets back, i'ld like to see lafferty on the 3rd line and beau as the 13th forward.
petey's line has 9 points
miller's, 10 point
4th line 6 points and 1 point for line 3.
how about hoglander..suter..lafferty.
joshua.. blueger.. studnika.?

canucks won last night but we were seriously outplayed for much of the game. we are still a ways away from being contenders.
-
i see garland always noticeable in games. i might be wrong but i can't say the same about beauvillier. am i missing he's efforts?

Yes. There was talk about trading AB when he was hot after he first arrived. Would have been a good scenario. Someone has to move on (Illya Mikheyev should be considered as well). Or these guys eat up the raise EP needs in the off season. Cap increase should work in everyone's favour.. I think the end result is the D never fully recovers from OEL's cap hit and we keep young guns in rotation (hirose mcward willander)
-
who will score the first canuck goal of the season?
boeser- my choice.
-
podz to abby, hirose to canucks.
will mikheyev play?
-
would you trade connor garland to chicago for tyler johnson?. they are both small, johnson's contract expires after this season. he plays all three forward positions. his best days are behind him but still gets points. their contracts are a wash. i believe johnson can be sent to abby. he is from spokane.
-
canucks are cap compliant. how do they stay compliant when mikheyev returns? 4, 750 mil.
-
i wonder id soucy starts the season on ltir?
they say we are cap compliant with a 22 man roster but don't include mikheyev or hoglander on it. i don't understsnd.

does anyone know, how many more spots there are in the ring of honor for future inductees?
-
if they expand to those 4 cities, is realignment as easy as putting quebec in montreal's division. atlanta in the carolina's division, houston in the central and salt lake city in the pacific?
-
I'm all for it. Water the league down. That might be the best way for the Canucks to exploit their position. We have 3 of the leagues best in Pete/Hughes/Demko at the 3 key positions in their prime. it's kind of a GM's dream scenario we can off load our dead wood to teams that need to expose guys and re vamp the foundation around our core. Expansion is great for the canucks.

i think i'm more excited for next year. we have over 17 mil in ufa's and over 14 mil in rfa.
some of these players will be re-signed but we should have much more cap room for JR and PA to fill in the players needed to seriously compete for a trip back to the cup.

am i the only one hoping canucks pick up a hard to play against winger? i don't know if any will come up in waivers.
-
who you going to watch?
-
has the other 9 thousand cdc members, ghosted us?
-
i hate it when the lions and canucks play at the same time.
i guess i'll listen to canucks on radio and lions on tv, ain't they got no learnin?
-
how many more players do we need to be truly hard to play against.?

Agreed 100%... unfortunately it feels like size and intimidation is never a priority for this organization. They need to rectify that asap if they hope to go on a playoff run at any point over the next couple of years.
The good thing is that Tocchet seems to actually care about that considering he brings up energy and physicality often in media scrums.

yuch! i was reading history on my 18th great grandmother joan beaufort. someone wrote, if your related to joan, your also related to president trump.
-
which one gets waived?
wolanin, brisebois or juulsen?
i can't remember if any have stood out. anyone got a run down on these guys?
-
hoglander, or podkolzin for pinto.

@Dankmemes187 He got 35 points last year. What doesn't feel safe? Is the +/- scaring you?
-
i've never seen that before. on 3rd down, montreal player stops just before line of scrimage, kicks ball 1 foot over the line and falls on it. they got a new set of downs for it.
