    There are many memorable moments throughout Canucks history but the list of moments more memorable than that one is likely very small He may have ended his career a Senator but Burr was a Canuck through and through, I personally wouldn't put any Canuck ahead of him if I had to pick one to build a statue of Hell, his bow and arrow celebration would work too

    I wish folks would stop bringing up Jack Hughes Yeah, as far as forwards go he's the best bargain in the league, but folks often look at the cap hit while glossing over the context attached to it Devils bet on him before he blew up, it's paid off spectacularly for them Our version would have been Benning getting more term out of Pettersson

    Agreed, I know there was uncertainty regarding his health, but man.. what could have been Put him in the lineup and the Hawks probably don't come back and we push back more against Boston, we probably don't get run over the way we did in Boston either

    If I had to go with a forward it'd be Linden, I've just got a soft spot for Mitchell and he'd likely help improve our PK Defense wins championships and all that

    The issue with trading Hronek is that you're almost having to bring a replacement back in the trade, and there's no guarantee said replacement would mesh well with Hughes A D for D swap isn't outlandish, but there is risk, sometimes the devil you know is the way to go I'd rather pay market value for a top 3D and cut costs in the bottom six if push came to shove, we need to start integrating ELC/younger guys at some point anyway
