Strangely enough, the Oil are a decent defensive team now 10th in goals allowed, 4th in shots on goal allowed, but only 14th on the PK That being said, their PK doesn't seem to be hurting them much They're tied for 4th in goals scored, their shots on goal is 3rd, their powerplay is 4th, their shooting percentage is tied for 9th, and their faceoffs are ranked 7th They're a team that lives and dies by their offense, but it's their offense and tending that have had them rocketing up the standings the past few months
