    One of my favourite personal life hacks, which I really feel doesn't get recognized enough...

     

    Eating buttered popcorn with chopsticks!

     

    I often put hot sauce on as well, making it an even more attractive solution. But really, the butter alone is enough of a factor.

      j/k but not really, I find certain eating behaviors odd, e.g. Pringles/ popcorn with chopsticks, using knife and fork to eat a burger, eating a slice of pizza outer rim first... but to each their own
