The Jays win big over the Yanks despite Vlad and his growing slump. C'mon kid! You're a multi millionaire. Be happy, don't worry...

This coming season (I'm hoping), will be his big break-out. A years maturity should make a gigantic transformation. Exhibition & preseason will tell us to some degree.

I dont think I like this choice but oh well. Could be worse options.

Dave Tomlinson apparently will not get all that may game which for me, is too bad. My experience with watching other game is Ferraro's voice can get, um, I'll just say repetitive and leave it at that.

Garland and a second...
Sound reasonable!
I remember Garlands 1st interview from his home when traded to the Canucks. He said to the interviewer -- I'm not really five foot eight, I'm actually five foot six.

Mike's face, (and demeanor) has seen enough NHL time and enough speculation on what he did or didn't do.
See yah in the funny papers; That's where you should be.
just my opinion.....

If Tanner can contribute the way he did in better times, and if there are no lingering effects that would constitute nights off on a regular basis, he could be very useful.
One thing that's (generally) remained constant with the Canucks is injuries. The kind that keep you out for a couple of games or even five or so. He could help take bigger
roles when needed.
I can't forget his age though and the fact the league in general, is getting faster. End analysis for me is hell yah! He could easily play on a third line. Maybe fill in on
the higher two when needed. Actually he could conceivably be permanently on the second if all goes real well.

Klimovich, and or McDonough. Ready to make the jump. Should make for a wicked, competitive camp and pre-season.
Again; Don't see any chance for Rathbone.

Garland + Myers
Almost poetic justice one could say. Jim Benning will be weeping somewhere.

Myers… does he get traded?

He looks rather hungry, even desperate.
Seriously; if he was five years younger in this NHL today, I wouldn't hesitate. He's so set in his ways. Defense, offence. Has a tendency to use those big arms to hang on
and take holding penalties. He does bring a level of toughness that this team doesn't have enough of though.
