if zadorov is as good as everyone is saying their is only 2 possible scenarios... Calgary's defense is Elite, and Zadorov is their 5th/6th defenceman the past 3 years OR Zadorov is better than Gudbranson, Tanev and/or Weegar and the flames are too stoopid to see the forest for the trees.

sometimes hokey iq 'translate from the minors to the NHL especially for russians as the coach and the young player struggle to communicate. they may miss half the conversation hear "you are playing good" but, you need to cover your man and back check hard, other wise. Keep it up.

as long as hes exercising and getting his heart rate up , he will recover quickly. even lots of steady skating or jogging would be great

perry likely no.... but im all for making changes, we cant make too many changes so if we are going to make a change the next one is likely a blockbuster... when we are first place in the league come november, and we have the ability with Myers and garlands cap to go for it... we have to trade garland first before myers can go.. thats the hard part, Garland is overpaid by a million IMO... Myers might be worth 3 million, but his contract is very easy to move via the Stevie Y cap retention trade. I will Guarantee that Myers will not be a canuck by the end of the year... the canucks have the ability to be one of the most dominant teams in the past ten years... imagine aquiring players like Wennberg, Wilson,Lindholm,Tarasenko,Scheifele,Kapanen,Marcus Foligno, and for D i would be targeting Chychrun... a first and a second for chychrun and a third... we could be huge cup contenders... the Chychrun trade could be made now... and we could likely sign bear too... we could have 2 first lines and and 2 amazing third lines... hughes hronek cole chychrun soucy bear

when the cap rises 5.5 million might be a high paid 3rd liner... right now he is like a top 10 RW... garland is between 60 and 90 or aka a third liner

i think petterson shouldn't be paid as much as Mckinnon he had 6 seasons scoring well above a PPG... Usually a contract involves your past 3 years to accommodate for inconsistencies, but Trends matter too... if he wins the scoring race i would consider 12.5 million as fair... but another 100 point season maybe 11 million...

in edge work i think he has a shot...
