Frank Seravalli saying EDM probably win all three games if they get just mediocre goaltending. If VAN wins whats his excuse this time? Sometimes I think people who dont watch this team regularly understand that while Canucks hockey might not be pretty at times, it’s effective (EDM had ONE high danger chance in the third last game despite significantly outshooting the Canucks)

Listening to Spittin Chicklets: Biz was about to heap praise (I think) on Karlsson & Aman but got cut off by Yandle. I think they both had solid games. Aman in the third I thought had a couple of nice plays. Oil were pushing and he broke up a pass on the blue line and had a couple of possessions where he cleanly transitioned the puck out into the O zone. Almost set up Boeser for the hatty too and was skating more like the Aman I like. Karlsson was playing hard along the wall too, really digging for pucks. Hope they can keep it up because imo Canucks are harder to play against w them in the line up.

I think one key/concern the Canucks need to gameplan for tomorrow is when the Oil send 3 fwds deep on the forecheck. Only Hughes/Garland were able to exit the zone w their skating ability-the rest of the D were flipping the puck out or rimming it around and losing possession. If the Canucks can break that forecheck they’ll destroy EDM going the other way

Hyman/DOPS are such rats. Z is intentionally crosschecked in the face, gets stitches and nothing. Lots of different ways to get revenge and I hope to see it

crazy that JL is only 19. A couple of seasons in the A will set him up nicely for the big club. Linus Karlsson a great example of someone that can step in w a well rounded defensive game after marinating a bit. Encouraged that this organization wont rush him
