No, I typically don't listen to that type of stuff ... I mean radio and podcasts. Maybe I should but I always get the Coles notes here. Was it good?
just some behind the scenes stuff RT does that media typically never see from a NHL coach e.g he will do line skates w healthy scratches from time to time, has a penchant for skating around w the shovel (lol) to clean the ice.

Media spinning the unnecessary retribution narrative.
wake up fellas. its OK to not like the other team when you’re competing hard. being cheeky/getting under your opponents skin happens. dishing out pain afterwards happens too. hope to see it

Also, Rick Dhaliwal mentioned today when he talked to (presumably) someone w the Canucks that there was no truth to the Canucks having interest in RR. Actually RD was show down pretty hard when he asked about it.

Contract negotiations w PH will be super interesting. I do wonder if he becomes too pricey they move him out and bring Chris Tanev in who would be a more than capable partner for QH

Phil Kessel is such a beaut. 7-11 better have their nacho cheeze supply ready

Crazy that he still only is 27. he has attributes I like. maybe not ready for a competitive playoff run, but Id be curious what player development/coaching staff could squeeze out of him (if claimed)

I don't think I've ever seen Aman finish a check.
Sure, hits arnt his forte but you cant deny he plays in the gritty areas. Ive never seen him shy away from a puck battle.

We need to move on from Aman. We need toughness. Our 4th line needs some help. As has been lacking in games recently. Canucks Army Stephen Roget points out a couple of candidates.
No.
He’s developing to become a Bleugar type of C. He works hard to keep plays alive and ranginess/skating/PK ability he has helps more than people think.
Id argue Mikheyev/PDG dont play close enough to be a grinding 4th line. Lafferty/Aman/Hog did well because they supported each other extremely well and could win battles. If you want more grit. Id say add a winger
