    Does the surgence of McDonough make Hoglander moveable?

      Possibly, but we have yet to see how McDonough does against better competition. See how the pre-season goes first. Ideally, I'd like to see him in the AHL before making a bet as well. Also, remember that Hoglander is more than a full year younger than McDonough.

      Allvin has talked about wanting to slow cook guys in the AHL. My expectation would be that McDonough, who isn't waivers eligible, starts in Abby and becomes one of the first call up options once players start getting injured up in Vancouver.
