Well here is a good answer when you have Phil DiGeseppe on your second line that should say enough about the depth. He wasn’t even in the nhl last year and he’s 29. They need another top winger.

Hate to say it, but the reason this team is struggling is because Petey is playing like shit.  Injury or not, it doesn't change the fact that the Canucks are basically missing one of their best players.  Unless Petey gets going, we're gonna look average.

 

One thing is for sure, he certainly isn't deserving of $12 to $13m AAV at the moment.
