He wasn't laying on the ice and eichel was the back door player, that's the wingers responsibility.  His position was fine, he just didn't do what he need to do, which was stop the pass across.

 

Really, it was Hronek who was mostly in the wrong on that goal

He'd be OK as 5th/6th, but he's getting way too much ice time after the Soucy injury. With Zadorov and Soucy you can play Myers 10 mins a game and hopefully he doesn't cost us the game with his notorious giveaways and penalties. Otherwise sit him for Cole/Friedman/Juul. I wouldn't be sad if he rode the pressbox tbh
