He’s an elite defender, among a group of below-average ones. When he’s on, it has a huge effect on the rest of the team. When McDavid & Ekholm are rolling, Oilers are elite. But when those 2 are struggling -and we’ll throw Draisaitl in there too, as he hasn’t looked right all season - they are quite possibly the worst team in the league.
