That 1st period was looking bleak, first, second, and fourth lines couldn't even control the puck in the offensive zone at all. I thought that Hronek really struggled again tonight. He's on a bit of a bad run here. Hughes was just okay. They really need to have their minutes cut. Cole and Juulsen were again the steadiest pairing and need to be given more ice time... 15 and 12 minutes respectively. Hoggy was great as well, and I'd like to see him get another game with JT Miller. Boeser had some key defensive plays. That line wasn't good in the 1st, but turned it around a bit. Petey is really struggling out there. I did see him throw some hits and get into the game defensively. A bit of a positive sign, hopefully more to come. Myers' confidence is shot.
