What time will the puck ACTUALLY drop tonight, so I don't have to rush?

Regular time is roughly 7:08 or so, so I'd add maybe 5-10 minutes to that. I think they'll start slightly early, but it'll still make the puck drop a little late.

One of my all time favourite players!! I couldn’t believe we had traded for him / got him…was honestly shocked the night of the trade. Had to get the jersey asap. What an amazing career!!! Congrats on the ROH Luuuuu!!!!!

He did have an incredible career but by the end of it, let’s be honest… we were all calling for his head!  Begging for Schneider to take the reins!

a great career, yes, but not very even keeled. Was always good for a stinker goal and cold games. It's telling that he brokered a "look at me "C"" as a goalie along with a monster contract. The Nucks needed a top tier goalie so bent over for him but in the end all they got was but sore. I don't get the residual love for him. He helped but ultimately hurt the team, that's not admiral character.

Couldn’t agree more with your last part.  Hopefully this will be the last time they formally pump his tires.

His first year performance was off the charts…

never seen another goalie perform at  such a high level in my entire life…

I remember an early schedule game I believe it was in Detroit or Pittsburgh I don’t remember now but he got injured and he was never was quite the same after that

I honestly think that year raised the bar of what was expected to a completely unrealistic level, and it hurt how alot of people viewed him. He was remarkably consistent, elite year in & year out, but that was a peak Hasek level season & unless it was that it wasn't enough.

Facts! Not to mention him retiring and ultimately facking over the Canucks for years for it!

go ahead and roast me if you want to...

I've been a Canuck fan since the early 1970's so I've been through 1982, 1994 AND 2011. I don't think we've EVER had a goalie that deserved to have their number retired.

Both McLean and Luongo were somewhere between good and great. They would have awesome stretches and then disappear for a few games. I understand that our defense has never been fantastic, but we have had stretches where it's been what I would call above good.

King Richard and McLean both got hot in their play off runs only to fall a little bit short. Luongo, on the other hand, would have had trouble in the AHL the way he played in the 2011 finals.

While only Luongo won any kind of hardware, the Jennings I believe. He never got the job done when it counted.

I feel good about putting hi in the 'Ring of Honour', but not retiring his number. (especially the way he 'retired' and screwed the team cap wise).

Now if Demko happens to lead us to the SCF and the prize... then if he does nothing else, retire HIS number to the rafters.

Boy oh boy, you brought up a painful memory, for sure

Lui was great in games 1 and 2

Nobody , myself included, expected that game 3 performance. It was 0-0 after first period and then all went to f$#kin hell.
