The match played out as usual, with the teams going in to halftime scoreless. Shortly after the break, Aladeen delivered a reckless challenge, expecting to get off with just a yellow. To his shock, a red card was produced from the referee's pocket. VAR couldn't save him this time and Aladeen was eliminated from EPL Mafia. Naslund and his squad were the talk of the town, surprise title contenders playing their own brand of football. The season was shaping up nicely, with Naslund performing the role of the club's talismanic striker. The good times came to an abrupt halt however, when the homegrown attacker was scythed down in a dirty challenge. Naslund was too injured to continue, and his attacker escaped unharmed. Before AV dropped the role claim, TL pushed hard to lynch SS over me and NIK. I’m gonna bet based off his reaction and scattering after the claim that TL did not see the claim coming and I think that works ever so slightly in SS’s favor.
