But you shouldn’t be able hit the puck up high and smack the other playet in the head. But as long as he doesn't hit his back, leave his feet charging or hit his head I guess technically its nt a penalty but when comparing to the Geekie hit and the way refs call iihf it was shocking live. They partially screened both those shots.
