Tocchet has them so dialed in, and yet he gives props to the leadership group for taking it upon themselves to prepare and stay focused on the staples. Tocchet doesn't care if they're facing the Sharks at Christmas, with a relaxed attitude of "go and have fun boys, you deserve it". He has them ready to battle and get that W. I love it.
