They either have a terrible 1st period and play catch up the last 2 periods and fall short or have a good first half of the game and let up in the 2nd/3rd allowing teams to get back into the game. They have time to fix that now in the regular season but won’t be so easy in the playoffs. Canucks play 3 games each against LA Kings and Vegas in March/April. Most games I can't watch because I don't have access to a vpn which would allow me to watch the games. If I didn't have access the score.... I'd swear the team wouldnt be better than .500 right now. The usual suspects here constantly bring up the negatives to each game at nausium. Seriously, I would have no idea thst this team is currently 3rd best team un the entire league. Tonight we played a hell of a 1st period and ultimately won the game in 20 minutes… it’s easy for us to say shoulda piled up 10 but Ottawa pushed back as an NHL team should.
