coolboarder Posted January 7 Share Posted January 7 (edited) It is much noticeable when Soucy is in the line-up, like we never miss a beat, dominated so much in first two periods. It is like we played different game and he is the key to solidify our D. Just like we never left for first time since November. Zadarov did well but Soucy is the difference maker when it comes to controlling the pace and line are rolling with him. Even in dominant wins with scoreboard and we never played like this since early in the season in first two periods. When we scored our 3rd in middle of 2nd period, the Devils fans were stunned. I thought the Suter, Kuz, Mik line looked pretty good at times in the the offensive end, but made some defensive gaffs that got the line split up to finish the game. 3rd line was great as usual. Defensive game was little Sus. Soucy looked like hadn’t missed anything. Juulson continues to look better than Myers. Hope they don’t just bench him. Definitely some lapses but we controlled the game and lots of great efforts. Kuzzy showed skill but he did hover at the edge of the zone so tocchet will hate it. Hard fought road win. Good job lads.
