Pump this man back up, then trade while he's got value.

Tough blow, but that's hockey. Most teams end up having to work through injuries to go deep, but it's rough when it's your starter going down. Until it's reported by the actual organization, I question it.
CanuckMan
Demko’s durability is becoming more questionable. Seems like a string of injuries unfortunately. It is time the Canucks start grooming for a possible Demko replacement. Silovs is a start but which other goalie prospects have potential?

Coconuts
Silovs and Tolopilo are good prospects, I do wish we had a blue chip goaltending prospect though. We haven't had one of those since, well, Demko.

Would be great to have another guy who feels like they could become a great starter.

Jess
I had a dream last night that Hughes won the Norris and somehow Demko won the Vezina, against all odds. Alas, it was just a dream.

Hairy Kneel
Thatcher should skip the 4 nation's and just focus on his health. And staying healthy. And no need for any back to backs. We need him for the playoffs.

Money is blinding the league to the reality that some team is going to get screwed by this. Demko should stay away and make sure he is ready to go for the playoffs!

When he is healthy he is Vezina capable. He has to have a healthy season to change perceptions. Failing that I suspect PA might look to move him, especially if Silovs is showing well. DrJockitch
Don’t have twitter so can’t see who is ranked above. I assume Hellebuyck and Shesterkin. I will assume Eastern bias so what’s his name from Long Island and maybe Swayman. Oettinfer has been too inconsistent. I can’t thing of 4 that would put ahead of Demko much less 5. If he could stay healthy he is top 3 IMO.
