Really not a single player that hasn’t deserved a re-signing. All depends on the dollar amounts I guess. I think the domino’s fall with Petey and then Hronek. Even the Hronek trade is pretty damn good too. Those are the kind of trades I'm okay with giving up a 1st +. 24-25 years old, just entering their prime. Players with impact and common sense. She's not wrong. I am no fan of Thomas Drance. He acts like advanced stats are the word of God and everyone is wrong if they disagree with him and the pompous, holier than thou attitude he sports. Not to mention his voice is like nails on God damn a chalkboard; his laugh even worse. No one laughs harder at their own dumb jokes than Thomas. Personally, I had this team as top 5 in the West. And they're still exceeding even my high expectations. As for pundits and/or 'expert' predictions, Frank Seravalli securely had them as a playoff team, Kevin Bieksa, too. Not "everyone" was saying bubble. Frankly, I don't care what Drance is saying now. But I'm sure his excel spreadsheets are looking good if he's changing sides, which frankly he should. So he's at least consistent in his process, whether I agree with the soundness of it or not.
