That's totally fair. It's kinda crazy how it's become so standard. Seems like 2010-2012 everyone started using the same entry play (drop pass into single guy carry or the passing option). You never see anything different.

It honestly flabbergasts me. Same with when everybody started pulling their goalies at the 4 minute mark left in the third for a few seasons there.
