Russia used ammunition with chloropicrin yesterday 6 times

Chloropicrin, also known as PS and nitrochloroform, is a chemical compound currently used as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial, fungicide, herbicide, insecticide, and nematicide. It was used as a poison gas in World War I. Its chemical structural formula is Cl₃CNO₂.

No, claiming that there's a legitimate debate in the first place is.

The fact that you seem to think Putin has a "side" worth listening to proves his disinformation machine was a good investment on his part.

Totally.

How could anyone in their right mind think an interview with TC and poutine gets near the mention of a debate?

According to @gepardtatze, a former German Gepard SPAAG instructor who is usually well-connected and well-informed, the new 35 mm APDS-T ammunition from Rheinmetall has proven to be both faster and more penetrative than the ammunition previously used by the Ukrainian soldiers with their Gepard SPAAGs.

Rheinmetall has delivered over 40,000 of these rounds to Ukraine by the end of 2023. By mid-2024, 150,000 rounds are to be delivered. Production will then be switched to HEI-T ammunition and another 150,000 rounds will be delivered.

The German government is covering the costs for Ukraine, totalling a three-digit million sum. This has secured the medium-term supply of 35 mm Gepard SPAAG ammunition in #Ukraine until 2025.
