According to him, it is impossible to find a solution on the battlefield. "India has always called for respecting the UN Charter, including territorial integrity and sovereignty. Gurn
https://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/world/elite-north-korean-troops-depart-for-russia/ar-BB1pG41V?ocid=hpmsn&cvid=1f7e66bbbb724d24969433c46ed93abc&ei=58 " North Korea's elite military training delegation travels to Russia, according to Reuters. The visit was the first military exchange between the two countries after their leaders signed an agreement on closer military cooperation. The military delegation, which left on Monday, July 8, is headed by Kim Geum Chol, president of Kim Il Sung Military University. It did not provide any other details, including the purpose of the visit and the place of stay in Russia. The agency adds that the university, named after the founder of the DPRK, is a training ground for elite military officers, and the country's leader, Kim Jong-un, visited it after studying in Switzerland when he was being trained as the country's third leader. Cooperation between Russia and DPRK The DPRK supports Russia in its war against Ukraine. Suffice it to mention the shipment of more than 1 million artillery shells to Russia from North Korea. In addition, Russia has long been using missiles supplied by the DPRK in its attacks on Ukraine. Russia and the DPRK have also recently signed an agreement on a comprehensive strategic partnership. It may, in particular, provide for the deployment of North Korean troops to Ukraine, as well as mutual assistance in the event of aggression against one of the countries. Satchmo
Russian court orders arrest of Yulia Navalnaya in absentia A court in Moscow has ordered Yulia Navalnaya, the wife of late Russian opposition politician Alexey Navalny, to be arrested in absentia, her spokesperson said Tuesday. The Basmanny District Court in Moscow accused Navalnaya of “participation in an extremist organization,” her spokesperson Kira Yarmysh said in a post on social media. She has also been added to an international wanted list, according to Russian state news agency RIA Novosti. In addition, the court granted a request by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to detain Navalnaya. The period of detention would be calculated from the moment of possible extradition to Russian territory or from her detention on Russian territory, according to a press release. Navalnaya does not live in Russia. https://www.cnn.com/2024/07/09/europe/yulia-navalnaya-arrest-order-russia-intl/index.html 1
Satchmo
In a diplomatic quirk, Russia chairs a UN meeting decrying its strike on a Ukraine kids’ hospital U.N. Security Council members confronted Russia on Tuesday over a missile strike the previous day that destroyed part of Ukraine’s largest children’s hospital, pouring out condemnations at an emergency meeting chaired by Moscow’s own ambassador. Russia denies responsibility for the strike at the hospital, where at least two staffers were killed. France and Ecuador asked for the session at the Security Council, but Russia led it as the current holder of the council’s rotating presidency, putting Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia on the receiving end of the criticism. Nebenzia characterized the slew of criticism as “verbal gymnastics” from countries trying to protect Ukraine’s government. He reiterated Moscow’s denials of responsibility for the hospital attack, insisting it was hit by a Ukrainian air defense rocket. “If this had been a Russian strike, there would have been nothing left of the building,” Nebenzia said, adding that “all the children and most of the adults would have been killed, and not wounded.” https://apnews.com/article/russia-ukraine-strike-hospital-security-council-20ce0a8e1f69b8040f47522ca039bd52

Like when the church full of kids got bombed, and so on. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Hundreds of thousands of people dead/dismembered/ traumatized; and counties continue to trickle out aid packages, and watch as more die. But all those weapons manufacturers and governments get to study how well their new war weapons work. Can't have the war end too early-- apparently. Arent they getting old weapons for the most part though? Alot of the problem has been getting newer weapons to be released to Ukraine from what i understand so I cant see that being a motivation for holding back support. The real problem that is holding back support is internal politics. Its more important to cheer for your side than stop these atrocities apparently.

Unfortunately, as has been shown a few times. if the entirety of NATO gave up jets, bombers, missiles and every ounce of armour and mechanized equipment they could. Ukraine would still be woefully short of manpower and expertise to facilitate the usage of. I do not say this as an excuse or to deride the UAF, but just to point out that Ukraine is doing this with an incredily small amount of armed service members vs Russias potential of millions strong
Popular Post Warhippy
Now get this done ASA FN P The United States and an array of other NATO allies will send Ukraine dozens of air defence systems in the coming months, including at least four of the powerful Patriot systems that Kyiv has been desperately seeking to help fight off Russian advances in the war, according to a new joint agreement. U.S. President Joe Biden announced the broader commitment when he spoke Tuesday at the opening of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization summit in Washington. Russian President Vladimir Putin wants nothing less than to "wipe Ukraine off the map," Biden said. "And we know Putin won't stop in Ukraine. But make no mistake, Ukraine can and will stop Putin." According to the statement, the U.S., Germany and Romania will send Ukraine additional Patriot batteries, while the Netherlands and others will provide Patriot components to make up one more battery. Italy will provide a SAMP-T air defence system. Other allies, including Canada, Norway, Spain and the United Kingdom, will provide a number of other systems that will help Ukraine expand its coverage. Those systems include NASAMS, HAWKs, IRIS T-SLM, IRIS T-SLS and Gepards. Other nations have agreed to provide munitions for those systems. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in a social media post on Tuesday, made it clear that air defence is still his country's key request, and he has repeatedly asked for more Patriot systems. "We are fighting for more air defence systems for Ukraine, and I'm confident we will succeed," he said. "We are also striving to secure more aircraft, including F-16s. Additionally, we are pushing for enhanced security guarantees for Ukraine, including weapons, financial aid, and political support." Earlier this year, Zelenskyy said Ukraine urgently needs seven more Patriot batteries to fend off Russian strikes against the power grid, the military and civilian areas using destructive glide bombs. The Patriot systems, he said, would help prevent Russian aircraft from flying close enough to drop the glide bombs on civilians and critical infrastructure. He said Russia had been firing 3,000 bombs into his country each month. 2 1 2

It takes time to train people to be something more than cannon fodder. Honestly it is probably too late to expect Russia to be pushed out of Ukraine without help from NATO, maybe if the gloves were taken off right from the start and they were able to get everything they needed during the first counteroffensive before Russia had the winter to dig in they could have done it. Now they are winning by depleting Russian resources and although it is working, it is not a fast way to win a war.

UKR has been training its forces with European and North American allies , even before the occupation of Crimea , and not far from the date of the Budapest Agreement. This has carried over to this War, now going into 3 years ,. Training of UKraine Volunteers and Conscripts has been happening all along in various Countries through Europe. The Reason UKR needs help , is because they were asked to disarm so as not to be a threat to RuZ , as UKR was becoming more independent and Sovereign, it wanted to be part of the EU. (Budapest Agreement) UKR was told it would be protected by those that implemented that Agreement/ Treaty. UKR is well trained , ingenious, and intelligent.. each UKR troop has the value of more than 100 RUZ troops. .. and I don’t doubt for one minute, that when this is over , you will here of a teenage troop, who will claim to have exterminated over 400 RuZ troops him or herself .
