Well the best teams find ways to win when they are playing like dog shit and Vancouver has done a damn good job of doing that this year. But I would rather lose to the Florida Panthers in the finals than lose another against Boston.

It's not that they beat us in the scf..

 

It's that they victimized us in the games they won. The lack of pushback in that series is what haunts us. We never dwelled on the islanders or rangers series losses the way we have with Boston.

 

It's sickening that management told them to turn the other cheek. Guys like Bieksa should have been throttling guys like the rat for how they treated our players.

Boston showing the Canucks what a real response looks like to adversity. Time for the team especially the star players to put in a good response in the 2nd period. Didn't like Miller and Pettersson's 1st period. They are our drivers, they need to both be better.

If I could see one thing this team did is rebuild the PP lines by splitting up the first line and combine it into a hybrid 2 lines with talent on both rather than loading up just 1.

Boston is the best team the Canucks have faced this season. They are strong in every position and they move the puck really well. They are the best the East has to offer and I wouldn't be surprised to see them in the Cup Final. Whether that will be against Vancouver remains to be seen, but this game is showing the Canucks how good they are going to have to be to make a deep playoff run.
