I expect more the same, lots of speed, tenacity, and working really really hard. Can't afford to take a snooze on this game in the effort department or we are going to look really silly. We need more from everyone now. Things are getting tighter in these games and the opportunity and spaces to create offense are smaller and fewer as games get more ramped up (even against the bad teams). I'm looking for another gear from this group to get to. They haven't looked sharp in the past 10-12 games. At times its felt this team has lost its focus - and the details are slipping. Might be the mental and physical fatigue catching up - but this team has to grow and learn to play through that tiredness and still stay sharp. 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Bedard is definetly a stepping stone but Chicago has a long long road ahead of themselves....in 5 years they might have found some kind of structure and established a core in their lineup but this is just... a lineup to win the #1 draftpick. The fans do have Bedard to watch as he evolves and for the entire franchise thats THE player that they can build something on, but we will see in a couple of years what they are trying to make out of all of this.
