Great results, sure. But really, this team can look amazing like in the 1st tonight, and then end up sitting back to let the other team have a chance. Or (as has been the case lately), give up the 1st goal and have to battle back. I truly think this is the best team in the league, but I hope they find a bit better consistency come playoff time. And what's with the PP? Try something new. We were 4th in the league not that long ago, now we're at 8th. Still OK, but combined with being firmly in the lower half of the teams in PK, our special teams *should* be where this team could shine. (And typically, championship teams do. In the 2011 run, we were #1 in both and we still didn't quite get there)

Actually we are first in the league and by four points on the club that’s second. Your comments are bustaroo bonsai craperolla

Considering we are now four points clear on top the whole league, is there a club we shouldn’t be favourites to beat?

Other than ourselves, Canucks are looking more and more like a team that finds ways to beat itself rather than be beat with our A-game ... GO CANUCKS GO!

On another note, where is the dude that has the spreadsheet with "hey, we only need 3 more wins and guaranteed playoffs ... so .175 hockey is good enough now" ... or something like that. Haven't noticed that in awhile.

I'm not sure what our record would look like if we didn't have our third line playing like a first line in many of these games.

I only watched the latter part of the third, but sounds like overall a solid 60 min effort against a team that we should be beating.

Good game, beating the team youre supposed to beat and doing it convincing fashion.

Like the effort from everybody tonight, you could tell they realy wanted to cap this road trip off with a strong finish.

That 3rd line is gold, I wouldnt say theyre perfect, but thats the kind of depth you want in the playoffs.

Miller and Boeser with Suter were decent tonight, looked like they were a little out of sync offensively.

Petey was quite, so was Lindholm. That line wasnt bad but Hogy was the most noticeable for sure.

The 4th line was decent too, they did their jobs.

The whole defense was good, made Chicago work for what little they got.

Solid game for Demko as well. Didnt need to be great tonight.

The powerplay is a little concernig tho. Come playoff time you cant be pulling dry spells like this.

They need to shake it up a little, I think they need to get the puck behind the net more and try to create more offense down low.

Teams are taking away our blueline option that we like so much. Gotta force defenders to back off a little more and give the point men more time and space.

Still, winning is key no matter how you do it. A pretty good road trip with some lows but mostly highs.

Lets light it up at home now! Go Canucks Go!!!
