Mikheyev on Peteys line makes no sense.
They should have left the lines as is. Mikheyev better be getting show cases but there’s not much to show. No one’s going to pay anything for a 5 million player with a career high of 32 pts. It will cost most/players/assets to move him.

There was a report we've been "keeping a close tab" on Duhaime from Minnesota. He'd be a perfect fit on that 4th line and better than PDG/Åman.

Is he really better though?

PDG has more points in less games and has bought into his role here pretty good.

He's faster and has more physicality than PDG.

Looks like Tocchet has really thrown the forwards into a blender, those lines don't look too good IMO. Another quiet game for Petey is my guess, with Mik as his winger.

Canucks are probably still good enough to beat the Penguins, if they stick to the staples.

Probably a good time to experiment a bit (not too close to playoffs). I am curious to see what it might mean for the PP which is where there are more concerns imo.

Sid goes off and gets traded to the Canucks because Rutherford has something in the Pitt group.

Only if management has SOMETHING on him. Fun to think about though.
