Vegas is SPICY

Canucks need to stay in first place in the division..Edmonton playing Vegas or LA will be a dog fight in the first round.

Lack of playoff experience and our prospects are too valuable to give up.

Are Woo and a 5th round pick too valuable to acquire Peeke with some retained $?

Allvin is going to try and sell the Lindholm and Zadorov trades, as being their moves. I guess just getting into the playoffs is the goal. Disappointed, I thought they'd really go for it this year.

If the asks were our top prospects, who you be ok with that?

I think it's natural for everyone to want to make additions on trade deadline. Am I a little disappointed? Yeah, but management did make a lot of moves in advance and some teams didn't so I'm not that upset. Also like Bieksa mentioned this morning, bringing pieces in on the deadline don't always translate to success. That could actually affect chemistry.

Looks like management is trusting this team and not wanting to disturb the chemistry. This team is special and now it's up to them to show it in the playoffs.

That would be crazy with that kind of term left.

Presumably he will also be healthy just in time for the playoffs or when there happens to be cap space for him….

Good grounded, non-emotional, mature, responsible and measured perspective.

I'm pretty pissed ngl. Say what you want about already making our moves, but the teams around us are just as good as us with us doing that & they've all improved.

It looks brutal until you realize vegas will ltir him for years now to do this same nonsense.
