-dlc-
He's just the best! Tell me he isn't the glue that keeps the team together? The Garland tees. Now this. Great that he can lighten things and have some team bonding before the big game.

kettlevalley
That JT Miller trade is going to go down as not just Benning's best trade but the franchises best ever trade. I am not a huge Miller fan honestly. I like the home developed players and not so much guys we trade for. But a first, a third and crappy third string goalie for a snarly, leadership based, beast mode, PPG, all situations Center? That has 5 great years in for us and 7 more to come if he can keep it up? Man that was a way better trade then anyone thought at the time. Very unlikely that he keeps it up for the full 7, but even if we get to see another 5 then he’s been a beast for a decade in Van, which is awesome. Im so glad that he has figured out how to harness and focus his emotions, it was the one missing piece to an otherwise elite talent. I’ll fully and openly admit that I was very much wrong wanting to keep Bo over him. 1

Popular Post -dlc-
Meant to post this yesterday: 5 years ago JT Miller was traded to the Canucks. And, much to the chagrin of some around here, he's signed on as a loyal team member long term. Smart people get how important that is to this franchise. A true leader and a guy who leaves it all out there on the ice and wears his heart on his sleeve. Was a good day - June 22, 2019 1 3

I thought his attitude was too bi-polar. But within 5-10 games under Tocchet, I could see something in him change and he became one of my favourites as Toch knew how to harness that passion and attitude with the right focus.
