Well maybe I should (for many other reasons), but to me "Alternate" Captain sounds higher ranking than "Assistant" Captain.

Popular Post -dlc-
I get great satisfaction out of reminding those who said he was a cancer in the room of how wrong they were/are. When a player plays with heart, it's sometimes worn on the sleeve and you'll see it out on the ice - both good and bad. But with JT, the good was so strong that the bad wasn't really anything more than people drama seeking. Watching for things. I'm so glad he proved the naysayers wrong. Just like people did with Burr, Bieksa, then JT....those players are heart and soul team players and many would've gotten rid of them but not this gal. 2 1 1

And, much to the chagrin of some around here, he's signed on as a loyal team member long term. Smart people get how important that is to this franchise. A true leader and a guy who leaves it all out there on the ice and wears his heart on his sleeve. Was a good day - June 22, 2019 One of the best moves Dim Jim did.
