Funny, some of our regulars have disappeared (again). Almost like they're proving the points we were making a few weeks ago.

They've gone through the trade deadline without any sign of desperation or weakness. They played their cards from a position of strength. I'm sure the team feels that. The confidence and chemistry is really growing and you don't tamper with that. The other teams too...they're likely taking notice at this point. "A team like that" I'm so glad that the moves that were made earlier have given us enough of a boost to NOT have to do something stupid at the deadline. We were ahead of the curve. The core has weathered storms and gone through some stuff together and now has a great supporting cast in place. I'm really impressed with every aspect of what I'm seeing. 4 minutes ago, Jaimito said: Definitely a statement game. Post trade deadline every player gets a boost. Playing like they all belong and have a role to play. Management sent them a vote of confidence. There we go again!

I know they were discussing on the panel, but I believe neither one gets it...I could be wrong though.

coolboarder
Every trade is important, whether it be early or at the deadlines. We earned this when they started winning games and no moves at the deadlines is unnecessary when we have had months to develop the chemistry with many trades we made. Soucy is very important, we are clearly dominating when Soucy plays. It's like day and night at ease. I'm surprised that the national broadcast don't even notice this.
