There's zero reason for Montreal to move him for an older player with a lower ceiling. They're still rebuilding and specifically targeted him as a player they wanted to aquire Vancouver's point of view is despite a high ceiling he can't stay healthy, and we're breaking up one of our best lines to do this, from Vancouver's point of view it doesn't make much sense for a player that can't play a full season.
