They simply don't care how much their broadcast team disgraces the country with their lack of professionalism. I thought you went through service interruptions about this time last year and had it sorted out. I dumped Shaw years ago for Telus and have never looked back. I find Telus will let you negotiate , particularly if you are a long time customer.
