It looks like the Avs talent is just finding ways imo, their five goal period was largely driven by their top guys

I would say the Jets were pretenders but I can't imagine Vancouver having a better result if they ever faced Colorado.

The Avs just this switch they can turn on mid-game and just take over.

Looking at the Jets/Aves and Oils/Kings series, and even Leafs/Bruins just shows how a lethal power play can win you playoff games. It doesn't look like refs are putting their whistles away. You do have to earn those power play, but just being great on 5v5 is not gonna cut it. Gotta win the special teams.
