Georgiev isn't playing well, but Colorado isn't playing good either. Lots of defensive breakdowns.

I don't think he's capable...

If the Avs want to win a cup again with this team, they need to find themselves a half decent goalie. I think Georgiev is the worst starting goalie out of the 32 teams.

Avs need their top minute guys, especially on D, to commit to playing defensively and stop cheating the game in hopes of getting points. Worst offender is Mr. Rosy Cheeks.

Their crappy goalie is exactly why the players, especially Rosy Cheeks, need to commit to playing the right way.

I was a bit surprised Aves didn't do anything about their goaltending at the TDL. Francouz couldn't play and Georgiev"s sv% has been subpar the whole yr. MacKinnon basically outscored their issue for a while, and now they can't do that facing Jets. 

 

It's only game one, but aves can't really put their backup in and can only hope Georgiev will figure it out.
