All three will win hardware. Demko will be a Vezina finalist, and JT will get some Selke votes. 

First off Winnipeg was no where good last season just because they made the playoff. Gillis won the award and his team previous made the playoff too and went from great to greater. Previous season doesn’t really factor in. The fact he managed to re-sign his core when they all were rumored to be unwilling to re-sign and likely headed for a rebuild and managed to turn it around dump a player traded another key player
