On the flip-side we destroyed them at even strength. Great forechecking and good to see Saros get beaten a few different ways. One far wrist shot, one double screen point shot tipped, one great forechecking in tight goal and an empty netter. Saros certainly is very beatable and their defence really got pressured on a few of those goals too. What a great game to watch, big hits, nice goals and just really good hockey! So happy for the boys, and us fans. Demko was good, stars were all ok, but our depth proved to be the difference. Exactly what everyone said should be the case. Joshua, Garland and Lindholm were the secret weapon that the Preds couldn’t contain.
