Badmotorfinger and Down on the Upside are both excellent as well. Pearl Jam were good until Gossard and Ament ceded control of the band to Vedder. Nirvana were good, but yeah, they're a tad overrated. Soundgarden for me anyways, was the best that came out of that music scene. They were special. Jesus Christ Pose ... talk about an electrying intro (know it's too much, plus well content). Or well maybe Rusty Cage. Their music was so powerful, and technically proficient. Every member of that band was a brilliant musician, and the combination of their talent was amazing. I see them in the same lineage as Zeppelin and Sabbath. Heavy and powerful, not just heavy.
